Just a few steps away from Domino Park along the East River, Two Hands quickly became one of my go-to brunch spots during my time in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. With consistently fresh food, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a bright interior, I found myself coming back to this spot for brunch three or four times in the span of two months. The staff here are genuinely kind and welcoming, service is never rushed and always personable, and it’s a perfect spot to stop at before walking or biking around Domino Park.

Overall Vibe:

The overall vibe is clean, minimal, and airy in the best way. It never feels too loud or too cramped and is relaxed enough that you can actually enjoy your meal. There’s usually a wait on weekends, but it moves quickly, and once you’re seated, it never feels rushed.

What I Tried (Brunch):

  • Lemon Poppyseed Waffle — vanilla mascarpone cream, strawberries, bergamot maple syrup
  • Harissa Chicken Bowl — slow-roasted harissa chicken, lentils, greens, sweet potato, crunchy veggies, seeds, chilli oil, harissa dressing, cilantro ranch
  • Zoe’s Market Plate — poached eggs, avocado, watercress, blistered tomatoes, sweet potato, beet relish, quinoa
  • Sourdough Toast — served with butter and jam
  • Green Mango Smoothie — mango, banana, kale, pineapple, coconut milk

Favorites:

  • Green Mango Smoothie – perfectly sweet, refreshing, and balanced with a smooth texture.
  • Lemon Poppyseed Waffle – the creamy mascarpone and bergamot maple syrup made this sweet and light in the best way.
  • Harissa Chicken Bowl – packed with bold, nourishing flavors and a variety of textures.

What I’d Skip:

  • Zoe’s Market Plate – visually stunning, but needed a flavorful sauce to tie everything together. A bit underwhelming compared to the other menu items.

Amna’s Table Notes Rating Breakdown:

  • Food: 8/10
  • Ambience: 10/10
  • Service: 10/10
  • Overall Rating: 9.3/10

Final Thoughts:

If you’re in Williamsburg and want a brunch spot that feels easy and inviting but still delivers on quality, Two Hands is it. It became a regular weekend treat for me for a reason — the space, the service, and the flavors all deliver. It’s a place you can return to without needing a special occasion, and still walk out feeling like you treated yourself.
